The GAI Building is designed to meet the requirements of LEED® certification. LEED® stands for “Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design.” The GAI Building was recently awarded LEED® Silver Certification by the U.S. Green Building Council. LEED® certification is the industry leader in recognition of green buildings.
Baker Barrios Architects oversaw redesign of this underutilized urban infill site. The end result is downtown Orlando’s first private office building designed to green building standards. Baker Barrios is a market leader in responsible, sustainable and environmentally sensitive design.
